CMS89F552xB MCU is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core MCU, working voltage 1.8V~5.5V, providing 4Kx16ROM, 256x8 RAM, 32x16 Pro EE, Touch, ADC,  PWM, LVD and so on. Which provides SOP16/SOP20 packages.
