    The CMS32F759xx_737xx series is a high-performance touch chip based on the Arm Cortex® M0+ core, supporting a clock speed of 64MHz. It provides a maximum of 256KB Flash ROM, with GPIO supporting up to 60 pins and a wide operating voltage range of 2.5V-5.5V.

    The CMS32F759xx_737xx series is a high-performance touch MCU based on the Arm Cortex® M0+ core, supporting a maximum clock speed of 64MHz. It is equipped with a maximum of 256KB Flash ROM, 16KB SRAM, 3.5KB Data Flash, up to 60 GPIOs, and various standard interfaces including UART, I2C, SPI, and LIN. It features up to 49 channels for touch key detection and includes an LCD and high-current LED driver module. Designed to industrial-grade standards, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Available in LQFP44, LQFP48, and LQFP64 packages.

     

    The CMS32F759xx_737xx series integrates rich peripheral modules, offering excellent reliability, high touch sensitivity, and large LED driver current. It is widely used in home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, dishwashers, and other touch-sensitive applications.
